The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress posted a picture of her boyfriend, Michael Shimbo, on Instagram Thursday along with the comment, "#luckylady"
A source close to Garth confirms to PEOPLE that she's been steadily seeing Shimbo, a San Francisco-based media exec who is the CEO of a video travel channel called PlanesTrains+Automobiles.
Garth, 41, who finalized her divorce from Twilight star Peter Facinelli in June, has been sharing pics of her new beau on Twitter and Instagram, and has introduced him to friends, including her former 90210 costar Shannen Doherty.
She also took him as her date to the Comedy Central Roast of James Franco on Aug. 25.
Garth has three daughters with her ex-husband – Luca, 15, Lola, 10, and Fiona, who turns 7 this month – was most recently linked to Big Gigantic drummer Jeremy Salken.
